N85 FOTA error

I couldn't do a software update via USB because Nokia Software Updater kept giving me the error that my USB cable was connected to the USB hub and not directly to the PC.
I got fed up of it so I tried FOTA.
Another problem arises,I received an error saying that ;

'Update failed.Update package not compatible with the phone.Please contact service provider'

My current software version is still 10.045,I'm so sad that I wasn't able to update to the latest V30.

I'm from Malaysia by the way,I bought this handphone end of last year when it was first released.
Please troubleshoot for me.I just don't know why I couldn't update my mobile.It's so frustrating.
